Telecaller

We are looking for a Works Manager to join our team at Manmohan Motors. This role involves handling calls, providing exceptional customer support, and addressing queries and concerns related to Automobile. The role offers ₹26000 - ₹50000 and a dynamic environment with opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage all workshop operations, including mechanical, bodyshop, and paint jobs.

• Allocate jobs to technicians and monitor their productivity and efficiency.

• Ensure timely delivery of vehicles after service or repair.

• Maintain workshop capacity utilization and throughput.

• Implement and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality standards.

• Coordinate with service advisors and parts departments to ensure smooth workflow.

• Ensure proper use of diagnostic tools and adherence to safety standards.

• Manage workforce schedules, training, and performance evaluations.

• Handle escalated customer complaints and ensure resolution.

• Monitor workshop expenses and control wastage of resources.

• Maintain cleanliness, discipline, and order in the workshop area.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 2 - 5 years of experience. You will be responsible for resolving customer complaints, offering relevant information, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary. Candidates must be open to a 6 days working week during the Day shift.
