We are looking for Telesales representative to join our Real Estate Team. The telesales representative will be responsible for identifying the potential clients, explaining about our business in detail & converting the inquiries into qualified leads,

Key responsibilities:

• Attending inbound & making outbound calls to potential clients to introduce property details.

• Identify customer needs, preferences, and investment goals to recommend suitable real estate options.

• Persuasion according the mindset of customer & Ability to negotiate with customers.

• In achieving Targets, maintaining daily calls and follow-up activities.

• Making sure about booking and coordinate site visits & property tours for prospective buyers.

Required Skils:

• Good Communication skills in Tamil & English.

• Ability to convince & persuade.

• Positive attitude & Target oriented.

• Confident handling.
