Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain real estate projects.
Handle inbound inquiries from calls, emails, and social media.
Generate leads, qualify prospects, and update them in CRM/Excel sheets.
Schedule and coordinate site visits for sales executives.
Maintain follow-up with interested clients and support in lead conversion.
Share project details, offers, and updates with customers.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling & lead generation targets.
Maintain proper call records and reporting to the Digital Marketing Team
Minimum 12th pass; Graduate preferred (B.Com, BBA, BA).
0–1 year of experience in telecalling / telesales / BPO / customer care (real estate or insurance preferred).
Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
Fluency in Hindi & basic English (local language is an advantage).
Strong communication & convincing ability
