Job Requirements:

This role welcomes freshers who are eager to learn and grow in the Customer Support / TeleCaller field. The candidate should have good communication skills and be proficient in any language. You will be responsible for addressing customer queries, solving complaints, and escalating complex issues when necessary. This position requires 12th Pass and the candidate should be comfortable working 6 days working during the Day shift.
