Telecaller

We are looking for a Telecaller to join our team at ENE - Ecom Network Expo. This role involves making outbound calls to manufacturers, importers, and online sellers, explaining our B2B e-commerce expo, and converting them into exhibitors or visitors. The role offers ₹18,000 - ₹20,000 and a dynamic environment with opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to manufacturers, importers, and online sellers in a professional and efficient manner

Explain the expo, its benefits, and address queries or concerns with a problem-solving approach

Convince and convert prospects into exhibitor stall bookings or visitor registrations

Maintain accurate records of calls, interactions, and follow-ups in Excel

Provide timely and relevant information to prospects to resolve their doubts

Work collaboratively with the team to escalate and resolve complex queries

Meet daily/weekly calling targets, including call volume, conversions, and follow-up completion rates

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass (graduates welcome) and 0 - 1 years of experience. You will be responsible for calling prospects, explaining the expo, resolving their queries, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary. Basic knowledge of Excel is required for maintaining call records. Candidates must be comfortable communicating in Hindi, Gujarati, and basic English, and must be open to a 6 days working week during the Day shift (10:00 AM to 6:30 PM).
