Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Telecaller to handle outbound and inbound calls for feed product promotion, customer follow-ups, and insurance support. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, explaining product benefits, assisting customers with insurance queries, and ensuring smooth communication between field teams and customers.
Key Responsibilities
Feed Sales & Promotion
Make outbound calls to promote Animal Feed / Dairy Feed products.
Explain product benefits and nutritional value to farmers and livestock owners.
Generate leads and schedule follow-ups for the sales team.
Maintain a record of interested customers and ensure timely follow-ups.
Customer Insurance Support (NBFC)
Explain loan-linked insurance benefits to customers in simple language.
Follow up with customers for insurance documentation, KYC, and premium information.
Assist customers in claim process queries and coordinate with the insurance department.
Maintain accurate records of insurance calls and customer responses.
General Telecalling Duties
Handle customer queries with professionalism and clarity.
Update CRM/Excel with call details and lead status.
Achieve daily/weekly calling targets and conversion goals.
Coordinate with branch staff, field executives, and managers.
Required Skills
Good communication skills (Hindi required; regional language preferred).
Basic understanding of agriculture, dairy, or feed products (preferred).
Knowledge of microfinance/NBFC processes or insurance will be an added advantage.
Ability to convince customers and handle objections.
Basic computer skills (Excel, WhatsApp, CRM).
Qualification & Experience
Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
0–3 years of telecalling or customer service experience.
Experience in agriculture, dairy feed, or insurance calling is a plus.
