The Telecaller will be responsible for handling B2B client interactions through phone calls, following up with customers for payments, coordinating with clients and internal teams for order processing and dispatch, and maintaining strong business relationships.
B2B Calling & Client Handling
Contact existing and potential business clients for inquiries, follow-ups, and relationship building.
Explain company products/services to clients and resolve their queries.
Generate new leads and share with the sales team for business growth.
Payment Follow-up
Regularly follow up with clients for pending and upcoming payments.
Send reminders (via call, email, or WhatsApp) for dues and ensure timely collection.
Maintain proper payment records and share updates with the accounts/finance team.
Order Dispatch Coordination
Communicate with clients regarding their order status, dispatch schedule, and delivery timelines.
Coordinate with the logistics/warehouse team to ensure timely dispatch.
Resolve any dispatch-related issues and keep clients informed.
Customer Relationship Management
Maintain a positive and professional relationship with clients.
Handle escalations politely and ensure customer satisfaction.
Collect client feedback and share with the management for improvements.
Record Keeping & Reporting
Maintain daily call logs, follow-up details, payment status, and dispatch reports.
Update CRM or Excel sheets regularly.
Submit daily/weekly reports to management.
Strong communication skills (Hindi/English).
Polite, confident, and persuasive on calls.
Knowledge of B2B sales/telecalling.
Good negotiation and follow-up skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel.
Ability to coordinate with multiple departments (sales, accounts, dispatch).
Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred.
1–3 years of experience in telecalling, B2B sales, or client coordination.
