The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, taking orders over the phone, providing product information, and ensuring a smooth and pleasant customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls and attend inbound calls to assist customers.

• Provide accurate information regarding products, offers, and order status.

• Take customer orders and coordinate with the operations team for timely delivery.

• Maintain customer records and update order details in the system.

• Handle customer concerns politely and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Follow communication scripts and guidelines as needed.

• Build a positive relationship with customers through professional and respectful communication.
