Key Responsibilities

• Outbound Calls:

  Proactively contact potential customers to introduce products or services, explain benefits, and generate interest. 

• Inbound Calls:

  Handle incoming calls from existing or potential customers to answer questions, resolve complaints, and provide support. 

• Lead Generation:

  Identify potential leads and follow up with them to schedule appointments or convert interest into sales. 

• Customer Interaction:

  Maintain customer information and interaction details in CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems. 

• Sales Support:

  Follow scripts and guidelines to ensure consistent messaging and to persuade customers to make purchases or schedule appointments. 

• Information Gathering:

  Collect valuable feedback from customer interactions to improve products and services. 

• Reporting:

  Maintain daily call records, create progress reports, and communicate sales performance to team leaders. 

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Communication: Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and the ability to convey information clearly and persuasively. 

• Interpersonal Skills: Strong persuasive abilities, a knack for negotiation, and the capacity to build rapport with clients. 

• Problem-Solving: Ability to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions to their concerns. 

• Adaptability: The ability to adjust communication style based on social cues and to handle challenging situations, including customer rejection. 

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in using CRM software and telephone systems. 

• Education: A high school diploma or bachelor's degree is often required.
