Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to delivery executives for Attendance, follow-ups, and delivery updates.

• Handle inbound calls from the Hub Team regarding Rider issue /Ev Issue follow up.

• Maintain accurate records of calls, delivery updates, and escalations.

• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely order fulfillment.

• Provide courteous and professional Rider support.

• Escalate unresolved issues to the supervisor/operations manager.
