We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our legal firm. The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, interacting with prospective clients, explaining legal services, scheduling appointments, and maintaining client records. Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective clients and respond to inbound inquiries.
Explain the firm's legal services and address basic client queries.
Schedule consultations and appointments for advocates/legal consultants.
Follow up with potential clients and maintain regular communication.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions in the CRM/database.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
Generate leads and support business development activities.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.
Required Skills
Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and/or regional languages.
Good interpersonal and convincing skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, CRM tools).
Ability to handle client queries professionally and confidently.
Strong follow-up and customer service skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Qualifications
Any Graduate or Undergraduate.
0–2 years of experience in telecalling, customer support, or a similar role.
Experience in a legal firm or legal services industry will be an added advantage.
