Legal Services / Client Acquisition / Customer Support
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Telecaller to connect with potential and existing clients, explain our legal services, and generate qualified leads. The candidate will act as the first point of contact, understand client legal concerns, and schedule consultations with our legal team.
Make outbound calls to prospective clients from provided data/leads.
Handle inbound calls and client inquiries related to legal services.
Explain company legal services clearly (e.g., documentation, dispute handling, IP filing, recovery cases, etc.).
Understand client requirements and identify their legal needs.
Schedule appointments/consultations with advocates or legal advisors.
Maintain call records and update CRM/data sheets.
Follow up with clients regarding service updates, documents, or payments.
Build and maintain positive client relationships.
Meet daily/weekly call and conversion targets.
Minimum: Intermediate / Any Graduate
Prior telecalling, sales, or customer support experience preferred
Freshers can also apply (training provided)
Good communication skills (Telugu / Hindi / English – as required)
Basic understanding of legal terms (training can be provided)
