Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential or existing customers, handling inquiries, providing information, and maintaining customer relationships to achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.

• Explain products or services offered by the company.

• Handle customer queries and resolve issues efficiently.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.

• Follow up on leads and ensure high conversion rates.

• Meet daily and monthly targets for calls and sales.

• Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.

Skills and Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good command of English and regional languages.

• Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills.

• Ability to handle rejection and remain positive.

• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.

• Prior experience in telesales or customer service is a plus.
