Job Summary:

We are looking for a Telecaller to handle client communications, follow-ups, and coordination for legal services. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills in Telugu and English, a polite demeanor, and the ability to handle clients professionally over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients regarding legal services and appointments.

• Handle inbound inquiries and route them to the concerned advocate or department.

• Explain the firm’s services and schedule client consultations.

• Maintain call records, follow-ups, and daily reports.

• Coordinate with the legal and operations team for updates and appointments.

• Ensure professionalism, confidentiality, and client satisfaction in all interactions.

Required Qualifications:

• Education: Intermediate / Graduate (any discipline)

• Experience: 0–3 years in telecalling / customer service / legal coordination (law firm experience is an advantage)

• Languages: Must be fluent in Telugu and English (Hindi is an added advantage)

Key Skills:

• Excellent verbal communication and listening skills

• Convincing ability and customer handling skills

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, and CRM entry)

• Positive attitude, patience, and professionalism

Employment Type:

Full-time | Office-based

Working Days:

Monday to Saturday (9.30 AM – 7.30 PM)
