Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic and professional Telecaller to join our law firm. As the first point of contact, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, handling inbound inquiries, and explaining our legal services, such as consultation, documentation, or specialized legal support. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and the ability to convert inquiries into appointments for our legal advocates. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]
Key Responsibilities
Outbound Calling: Proactively contact potential leads to introduce our legal services and schedule appointments for legal advisors.
Inbound Query Handling: Receive incoming calls, address client queries, and provide accurate information regarding our legal services.
Client Onboarding Support: Assist in initial client intake, gathering case details (e.g., loan harassment, property disputes, immigration), and conducting preliminary assessments.
Database Management: Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all client interactions, follow-ups, and call logs in our CRM system.
Follow-ups: Persistently follow up with prospects who have shown interest to ensure appointment confirmation.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience: 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, customer support, or telesales. Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.
Education: Intermediate / Any Graduate / Diploma holder.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and proficiency in local languages (e.g., Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, etc.).
Technical Skills: Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools).
Soft Skills: Strong negotiation, persuasion, and active listening skills.
