Telecaller

We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller Counsellor to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound/outbound calls, counselling students about our courses/programs, and converting inquiries into admissions.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential students and follow up on leads.

Counsel students regarding courses, career options, and admission procedures.

Handle queries through calls, emails, and follow-ups.

Maintain records of student interactions and updates in CRM.

Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling.

Requirements:

Minimum qualification: Graduate/12th Pass (with relevant experience).

Good communication and convincing skills in Hindi & English.

Prior experience in telecalling/education counselling preferred.

Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.

Positive attitude and Performance based.
