  • Make outbound and receive inbound calls to customers professionally

  • Explain products/services clearly and confidently to customers

  • Generate leads and convert inquiries into sales/orders

  • Maintain a polite, positive, and customer-friendly attitude

  • Answer customer questions and resolve basic issues on calls

  • Follow call scripts and company guidelines accurately

  • Update customer details and call outcomes in records/CRM

  • Achieve daily and monthly call and target goals

  • Handle customer objections calmly and effectively

  • Coordinate with sales, delivery, or support teams when required

  • Follow up with customers for feedback, repeat orders, or pending payments

  • Ensure data confidentiality and call quality standards

  • Report daily call activity and performance to the supervisor
