Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and result-oriented Telecaller to contact potential customers, explain our services, and generate leads. The candidate should have good communication skills and a positive attitude.

Roles & Responsibilities

Make outbound and receive inbound calls to customers
Explain company products/services clearly
Generate leads and fix appointments
Maintain customer records and follow-ups
Handle customer queries politely and professionally
Achieve daily and monthly calling targets
Update call details in the system

Skills Required

Good communication skills (Hindi/English)
Convincing and negotiation ability
Basic computer knowledge
Positive attitude and patience
Ability to work under targets

Qualification

Minimum 10th / 12th pass
