Telecaller

Telecalling Duties:

• Make outbound calls to customers/clients for sales, service, or feedback.

• Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.

• Maintain call logs and update CRM with call details.

• Follow up with customers as needed to close queries or sales.

• Promote products or services as per the company’s guidance.

Data Entry Duties:

• Enter and update customer or business data in the database.

• Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions.

• Prepare and generate daily/weekly reports from data systems.

• Verify and correct data where necessary.

• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.

• Good verbal communication skills in [English/Hindi/Regional Language].

• Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel).

• Ability to type accurately and efficiently.

• Previous experience in telecalling or data entry is a plus.

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
