Outbound Calling: Contact potential customers to promote new/used vehicles, insurance, and service packages.
Lead Generation & Management: Identify potential leads, follow up on inquiries, and convert them into showroom visits or test drives.
Customer Support: Handle incoming calls regarding vehicle availability, service bookings, and customer complaints.
Database Management: Accurately update customer records, call logs, and feedback in the CRM system.
Target Achievement: Meet daily/monthly targets for calls made and appointments booked.
