1. Make outbound calls to potential clients for IndiaMART and TradeIndia.

2. Introduce the company’s products/services.

3. Fix appointments with interested customers.

4. Maintain records of conversations and update client data.

5. Handle basic customer queries and resolve queries.

6. Follow up with potential leads.
