Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers.
Explain food products (processed, packaged, or perishable) and their benefits.
Follow-up on sales leads and inquiries.
Maintain and update customer databases (CRM).
Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
Generate leads through cold calling or referrals.
Share order details with dispatch/logistics team.

Requirements:
Minimum 12th pass or graduate.
Prior telecalling or sales experience preferred.
Good communication skills in Hindi and/or English.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, emails, etc.).
Customer-focused with a persuasive attitude.
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
