We are seeking an energetic and persuasive Telecaller to handle outbound and inbound calls, promote services, and follow up with leads. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a polite and confident voice, and basic knowledge of customer handling. Experience in legal or finance-related services will be an added advantage
Key Responsibilities:
•	Make outbound calls to prospective clients and explain company services
•	Handle customer inquiries and follow-up calls effectively
•	Maintain call logs, feedback, and update client records in the system
•	Coordinate with field staff and support the sales team
•	Resolve basic client queries or route to the appropriate department
•	Share service details related to loans, legal help, and documentation
Required Skills:
•	Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English
•	Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel/CRM entry)
•	Confidence in speaking over the phone
•	Ability to handle rejections and maintain professionalism
•	Polite, patient, and persuasive attitude
