Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential or existing customers, answering queries, and promoting the company’s services or products. You must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers.

• Explain products/services and their benefits to customers.

• Maintain a professional and positive tone with all callers.

• Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics.

• Record customer information accurately in the database.

• Handle customer queries and resolve issues quickly and effectively.

• Schedule appointments or follow-up calls.

• Meet daily/weekly/monthly call targets.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are a plus.

• Prior experience as a telecaller, telemarketer, or in a similar role is preferred.

• Excellent communication skills in [languages required].

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).

• Ability to handle rejection and stress professionally.

• Persuasive and goal-oriented mindset.

Preferred Skills:

• Good interpersonal and customer service skills.

• Time management and organizational abilities.

• Multilingual abilities (if required).
