Telecaller

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and confident Tele caller to join our customer service team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in English and a customer-first approach to handle inbound and outbound calls.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to customers and respond to inbound inquiries.

• Handle customer queries, provide product/service information clearly and confidently.

• Maintain a positive and professional tone in all customer interactions.

• Update the CRM/database with accurate call details and follow-ups.

• Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues when necessary.

• Meet daily/weekly call targets and service quality standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum education: 12th Pass (Higher Secondary)

• Strong spoken English is a must.

• Good listening and interpersonal skills.

• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.

• Ability to work in a team and handle pressure.

• Punctual, disciplined, and customer-focused attitude.

Preferred:

• Previous tele calling/customer service experience is a plus.

• Familiarity with CRM software.
