Job Title: Telecaller – Stock Market
Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and confident Telecaller to connect with potential clients, explain our stock market and investment services, and schedule appointments for the sales team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and basic knowledge of the stock market.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective clients from the provided database.
Introduce the company's stock market and investment-related services.
Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
Follow up with interested clients and maintain regular communication.
Update customer information and call status in the CRM/system.
Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
Address basic customer queries and escalate complex issues to the concerned team.
Maintain a professional and courteous approach during all client interactions.
Requirements
Graduate or Undergraduate (Freshers with good communication skills can also apply).
0–2 years of experience in Telecalling, Sales, Customer Support, or the Stock Market domain.
Basic understanding of the stock market, trading, and investment concepts is preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office/CRM software.
Preferred Skills
Experience in Stock Market, Broking, Financial Services, or Investment Advisory.
NISM/NCFM certification will be an added advantage.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
