Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Tele-caller to join our team. This role involves making outbound calls to potential customers/employees, handling inbound inquiries, and maintaining a positive customer experience.

Job Responsibilities Include:

·Make outbound calls to prospective customers/employees.
·Answer incoming calls and resolve employee queries professionally
·Provide information clearly and accurately
·Maintain records of calls
·Follow up with customers/employees for feedback or updates
·Understand customer/employee needs and handle objections effectively
·Coordinate with other departments for smooth customer handling or employee queries.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

· Minimum qualification: Graduate (any stream)
· Proven experience as tele-caller or in a similar role is a plus
· Excellent communication skills in [languages required – Hindi, English]
· Basic computer knowledge
· Good listening and interpersonal skills
· Ability to work under pressure and meet targets

Workdays - Mon- Sat
Shift timing - 9:30 AM- 6:30 PM
