Key Responsibilities:

1. Investigate user activities, profiles, and behavioral patterns to identify potential fraud, misuse, and unethical activities.
2. Prepare clear, concise, and evidence-based reports documenting investigation findings and observations.
3. Collaborate with the Due Diligence, Customer Support, and Legal teams to ensure thorough investigations and timely resolution of cases.
4. Conduct investigations in accordance with company policies and applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
5. Support the improvement of research methodologies, workflows, and tools to enhance investigation efficiency and effectiveness.

Who can apply

1. Fluency in at least one Indic language, such as Marathi, Bengali, Punjabi, Malayalam.

2. Strong customer interaction and communication skills with the ability to build user trust and rapport.

4. Good understanding of Indian culture and regional nuances across languages.

5. Strong critical thinking, analytical, and attention-to-detail skills.

6. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

7. Prior experience in user research, fraud detection, or trust & safety functions is preferred.

8. Experience in sales, customer support, or other customer-facing B2C roles will be an added advantage.
