Make outbound calls to respondents for survey and data collection purposes only
Ask pre-defined survey questions and accurately record responses
Clearly explain the purpose of the survey in a polite and professional manner
Ensure data accuracy and completeness while filling survey forms or software
Maintain confidentiality and privacy of respondent information
Follow calling scripts and survey guidelines strictly
Handle respondents courteously and address basic queries related to the survey
No sales, no promotions, and no target pressure involved
Update call status and survey outcomes on a daily basis
Coordinate with the research or data team for clarifications
