Job Description:

• Handle incoming and outgoing calls in a professional manner.

• Provide accurate information about company products, services, or procedures.

• Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, or support requests.

• Record details of customer interactions and update the database.

• Forward complex issues to the relevant department or supervisor.

• Follow call guidelines and maintain a polite, positive tone at all times.

• Collect customer feedback and share insights with the team.

• Maintain confidentiality of customer information.

• Achieve daily call handling quality and productivity standards.

• Participate in team discussions to improve customer service processes.

  Experience: Minimum 1 year, (Telle calling experience in educational industry is mandatory)

  Location: Vadapalani

  Salary: 15k to 30k

  Timing: 10.00 AM to 6.30 PM
