Generate leads for Personal Loans, Business Loans, Home Loans, LAP (Loan Against Property), and other banking products.
Identify and approach potential customers through field visits, referrals, telecalling, and networking.
Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and documentation requirements to clients.
Assist customers in completing loan application forms and collecting the required KYC and financial documents.
Coordinate with banks/NBFCs for application processing and follow up until loan disbursement.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to generate repeat business and referrals.
Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain high conversion rates.
Ensure compliance with company policies and banking guidelines.
Maintain accurate records of leads, applications, and customer interactions.
Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after the loan process.
Skills Required:

Preferred Qualification:
Minimum 12th Pass/Graduate.
Experience in loan sales, banking, insurance, or financial services is preferred but freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
