Role Overview:Looking for a proactive professional to handle vendor sourcing for construction materials and land identification/acquisition. Must have good negotiation skills, local market knowledge, and speak Hindi, Telugu , Kannada & TamilKey Responsibilities: • Source and manage vendors for materials & services • Negotiate pricing and delivery terms • Search and evaluate land parcels for projects • Coordinate with brokers, owners & local authorities • Conduct site visits and prepare reportsRequirements: • Experience in vendor or land sourcing (construction/real estate) • Knowledge of materials & local market rates • Good communication & negotiation skills • Hindi, Telugu ,Kannada & Tamil mandatory
