📌 Job Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to customers and explain the company’s products/services.

- Communicate with customers professionally and answer their basic queries.

- Follow up with interested customers and provide required information.

- Maintain regular communication with customers through phone calls and online platforms.

- Guide customers through the process and assist them whenever required.

- Achieve daily/weekly calling and performance targets.

🎯 Requirements

- Good communication skills.

- Basic knowledge of smartphones and internet usage.

- Hindi communication is required; basic English is an advantage.

- Must have a smartphone and a stable internet connection.

- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

- Freshers are welcome.
