TELECOLLECTION EXECUTIVE – BANKING PROCESS

Job Summary:

We are looking for motivated and customer-focused Telecollection Executives to join our Banking Process team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting customers regarding pending payments, following up on payment commitments, and achieving assigned collection targets through professional communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to customers regarding overdue loan/credit payments.

• Follow up with customers on pending payments and payment commitments.

• Explain payment details and assist customers with payment-related queries.

• Maintain accurate customer and call records.

• Achieve daily and monthly collection targets.

• Handle customer conversations professionally and courteously.

• Coordinate with the team and submit regular updates.

Eligibility:

Qualification: •10th / 12th / Any Degree••

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic computer knowledge preferred.

• Ability to work with targets and follow-up schedules.
