We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to join our team. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, explaining our products/services, and converting leads into business opportunities.
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up on leads.
Explain company products/services clearly and persuasively.
Maintain customer records in CRM and update call status regularly.
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
Minimum 12th pass; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Good communication skills in Hindi and English (regional languages will be a plus).
Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM software.
Confident, polite, and convincing telephone manner.
Prior experience in telecalling/telemarketing will be an advantage.
