Key Responsibilities:
Handle coustomers calls in professional and efficient manner . Address coustomers queries, concerns, and complaint with a problem - solving approach . Maintain Accurate records of coustomer interaction and follow -ups . Provide timely and relevant information to coustomer to resolve their issues .
