Experience:- FRESHER
Salary:- RS. 20,000 – Rs. 25,000/- + Incentive (negotiable).

Job Profile :

To make communication with our Pharma Shoppe (Franchise)
Finding out their problems.
Should be tried to address their problems by him/her.
Genuine problems should be forwarded to concern department by her.
Follow-up of every grievance till it to be resolved.
Direct reporting to higher management regarding serious & unresolved problems.
Attending Incoming & Outgoing calls with proper etiquette and maintaining records for them.
Reminder Calls to our Pharma Shopee (Franchise) regarding every month’s offers.
