Telecaller

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers

• Receive inbound calls and handle client inquiries professionally

• Explain company services/products clearly and persuasively

• Generate leads and schedule follow-ups

• Maintain accurate call records and client information

• Resolve client issues and escalate when required

• Meet daily/weekly call and performance targets

• Follow company communication scripts and guidelines

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate preferred

• Proven experience as a telecaller or similar role (freshers can apply)

• Excellent verbal communication skills in [Languages Required]

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM systems is a plus)

• Ability to handle rejection and work under pressure

• Good listening and problem-solving skills
