Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service: Addressing queries and resolving banking-related issues professionally.

Collection Efforts: Following up with customers regarding overdue payments and managing debt recovery calls.

Data Management: Updating CRM software with accurate call logs, customer information, and interaction notes.

Target Achievement: Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls, leads, and EMI collections conversions.
