Position

Telecaller – Inbound & Outbound Sales (Voice + Chat Support)

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound customer calls and answer product-related queries.
Make outbound calls to leads generated through social media, websites, and advertisements.
Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into sales.
Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, website chat, and social media messages.
Explain Ayurvedic and Herbal products clearly and confidently.
Build trust with customers and provide excellent service.

Requirements

6 Month –3 Years of experience in telecalling, telesales, customer support, or inside sales.
Excellent communication skills in Hindi.
Basic English communication is preferred.
Experience using WhatsApp Business, CRM software, or chat support tools.
Good listening and convincing skills.
