Job Responsibilities:
Calling prospective students and parents to explain courses and convince them to take admission
Handling incoming calls and walk-in enquiries professionally
Counselling students about courses, fees, and career opportunities
Managing front desk / receptionist duties
Maintaining enquiry records and follow-ups
Coordinating with faculty and management when required
Required Skills:
Excellent communication skills (Punjabi, Hindi & basic English preferred)
Confident, polite, and persuasive personality
Ability to handle students and parents professionally
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, calling records, WhatsApp)
Pleasant appearance and professional attitude
Eligibility:
Female candidate preferred
Experience in telecalling, counselling, or front desk is an advantage
