Handling all car Operations .

Handling petty cash and preparing daily cash statements in Excel.

Preparing daily car running report.

handling chauffeur's roaster

coordinating with sales departments and front office for smooth flow of operations.

Preparing fuel report and all fleet report.

Helping Front desk with flight booking /Air tickets.

Regular Duty Slip report submission

Training chauffeurs about company policies and standards.

Maintain Car standards as per company audit policies.

Handling fleet work.

Schedule:

Day shift

Night shift

Rotational shift Rotational Week offs
