Key Responsibilities:-
Make outbound calls to potential/existing customers to pitch products/services.
Handle inbound calls, answer questions, and process orders.
Identify customer needs and recommend tailored solutions.
Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer information in CRM software.
Generate leads for the outside sales team.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business.

Proven sales or customer service experience.
