We are looking for a motivated and energetic Telesales Executive to join our Loan Department. The ideal candidate should be comfortable making outbound calls, engaging with potential customers, and promoting our loan products.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective customers to generate loan leads.

Explain loan products and services clearly to customers.

Understand customer requirements and provide suitable loan solutions.

Follow up on leads and convert them into successful loan applications.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales.

Achieve or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.

Eligibility:

Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in telesales or related roles.

Good communication skills.

Basic knowledge of loan products is a plus but not mandatory.

Ability to handle objections and stay motivated.

Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
