Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 12th and 5 Months to 4 Years experience or Fresher with Good English can also apply. The role involves resolving customer complaints, providing right information and escalating complex problems to the relevant department when needed. Candidates must be open to a 6 Days week during the 9 AM to 6 PM time.
