Job Title: Telecaller – Saree & Ethnic Wear Manufacturing

Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Telecaller to join our growing manufacturing team that specializes in sarees, suits, and ethnic wear. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a sales-driven attitude, and the ability to maintain good client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• ☎️ Make outbound calls to potential customers, dealers, and wholesalers.

• 📞 Handle inbound inquiries from clients regarding products and order status.

• 🧵 Provide product information (types of sarees, suits, fabrics, designs, etc.) and promote new collections.

• 💬 Maintain daily call logs and update customer interaction records in the system.

• 💼 Coordinate with the sales and dispatch teams for order follow-up and updates.

• 📦 Handle order confirmations, payment follow-ups, and delivery queries.

• 📊 Share feedback from clients to the production and design teams.

• 🤝 Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal communication in Hindi & basic English.

• Knowledge of textile/garment industry is a plus (especially sarees & ethnic wear).

• Confident, polite, and persuasive on calls.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM entries, WhatsApp Business).

• Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate Preferred

• 1+ years of experience in telecalling or customer support (preferably in textile or garments
