About Furn Couch Sofas:
We are a premium furniture brand based in Bangalore, offering elegant and comfortable sofa collections designed for modern homes. We’re expanding our customer engagement team and looking for energetic Tele Callers to connect with customers and drive sales growth.

📍 Location: Vidyaranyapura, Bangalore
💼 Role Type: Full-time, In-office

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with potential customers and leads.

• Explain product features, pricing, and ongoing offers confidently.

• Maintain follow-up calls to convert leads into store visits or online sales.

• Update CRM/lead sheet daily with status and next action.

• Coordinate with the marketing and store sales team for appointment scheduling.

Requirements:

• Minimum PUC or Graduate.

• 1–3 years experience in telemarketing, telesales, or customer service (Freshers also considered).

• Strong communication in English, Kannada and Hindi (Telegu/Tamil is a plus).

• Positive attitude and persuasive skills.

• Prior experience in furniture, interiors, or retail preferred.

💰 Salary: As per experience + performance incentives.
🎯 Incentives: Monthly targets, conversion-based bonuses.
📆 Schedule: 6-day work week, 10:30 AM – 6:30 PM.
