Job Description

We are hiring Telecallers to join our team. The role involves handling inbound & outbound calls, explaining company services to customers, and supporting them with queries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to customers and explain products/services

  • Handle inbound enquiry calls professionally

  • Maintain call records and update the database

  • Follow scripts and sales processes

  • Build and maintain good customer relationships

  • Achieve daily/weekly calling targets

  • Coordinate with the team for follow-ups

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th / Graduate (any stream)

  • Freshers can apply

  • Good communication skills (Hindi — basic English preferred)

  • Basic phone handling & convincing ability

  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
