We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and/or inbound calls to promote products/services, generate leads, and manage customer queries in a professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service.

• Answer incoming calls from customers to take orders, answer inquiries, resolve issues, or provide information.

• Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.

• Maintain records of calls and customer information in the CRM system.

• Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics.

• Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.

• Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation.
