Telecaller

We are looking for a Tele caller to join our team Flipkart. The role offers with in 25000 PM to 40000 PM and involves managing customer calls and blue collar hiring and delivering outstanding customer service related to Industry. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage incoming and outgoing calls in a professional manner.

• Respond to customer inquiries, complaints and concerns with a problem-solving mindset.

• Log customer interactions and track follow-ups.

• Collaborate with team members to escalate and address more complex concerns.

• Explain our products or services and their benefits to potential customers in a clear and engaging manner.

• Experience of Blue collar hiring is like - Field Recruiter, Delivery Boys, Team leaders.

• Understanding and Speaking Malayalam is compulsory.
  

  Job Requirements:

  The minimum qualification for this role is Minimum Graduate or Diploma and Experience Range- 06Month -2Year. The role involves resolving customer complaints, providing right information and escalating complex problems to the relevant department when needed.
  Knowledge of Blue Collar hiring is important.

  Candidates must be open to work 6 days in week during the - day shift and one day week Off and Saturday work From Home.
